Apples (McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Spartan, Red Delicious, Northern Spy, Golden Delicious)

One apple contains 3.6 grams of fiber, which contributes to a healthy colon. Apples have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. If stored in the crisper, they can last up to 6 weeks.

Bartlett Pears

Great in treating inflammation within the body as well as lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They are high in fiber to keep a colon healthy. High amounts of Vitamin C and fiber are mostly contained in the skin of the fruit.

Green Beans
